The processing time for EB-3 visa applications involves several stages, each with its own time frame:
Processing Time for Form I-140: On average, it takes about 4 to 22 months according to the latest data from USCIS. If you choose to use the premium processing option, this time can be expedited.
Waiting for Visa Availability: After Form I-140 is approved, the applicant must wait for a visa number to become available. The waiting time for visa availability varies depending on the applicant's country of origin and the demand for EB-3 visas from that country.

Consular Processing: If the applicant is applying from outside the U.S., the application will be sent to the National Visa Center (NVC), which will forward it to the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. The scheduling of interviews and subsequent waiting times at this stage depend on the specific consular office and the applicant's location.
